Show Move For Prohibition Convention of Municipal Officers Of-ficers on May 15th to Consider Question. The following article on the prohibition prohi-bition question is taken lrom the Mt, Pleasant Pyramid. Notwithstanding the failure of the late Legislature of Utah to provide suitable laws for the more strict regulation regu-lation of the liquor trafic of the State, either in the form of prohibition or in some other form, Saupete couuty will in all probability have legislation enacted en-acted locally in the very near future which will bring about the same results re-sults as would have such laws had they been put into existance by the Legislature and received the sanction of the Governor. In other words, a move is on foot, with many of tne county's civic officials offici-als and prominent citizens behind it, which proposes to bring about a very substantial reform in the liquor business busi-ness in Saupete soon. The proposed reform will be inaugurated in-augurated if inaugurated it ever is by the mayors and city cauncils of the various municipalities of the county aud the county commissioners commission-ers working in unison for the end desired. de-sired.
