NOTICE is hereby here-by Riven that at a meeting of the direotors, held on the 25th day of February, 1911, an assessment of 50 cents per shara was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, pay- abls immediately to the secretary at his residence in Westriew, Utah. Auy stock upon whioh this assessment assess-ment may remain unpaid on the 28th day of March, 1911, will be delinquent delin-quent and advertised for sale at pub-lio pub-lio auction, and unless payment is made before, will be sold on the 25th day of April, 1911, to pay the delinquent delin-quent assessmeat, together with the cost of advertising and expense of ale.
