Show GET YOUR GRAZING GRAZ-ING PERMITS. Stockmen who contemplate putting cattle, horses or sheep to graze on the Manti Forest reserve during the coming com-ing season have but little time in which to secure that privilege. All applications must be filed with Supervisor A. W. Jensen, at his office in Ephraim not later that the 15th of January next. The secretary of agriculture agri-culture has authorized the grazing of 19,7U0 head of cattle and horses and 148,600 head of sheep. By notice given out from the supervisor's super-visor's office the grazing season ends Oct. lo, but the date of commencing and the fees vary according to locality, locali-ty, as follows: Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, from 'April 15 Cattle, 30p; horses, 380. District 5, divisions 2, 3, 4, 5, from May 1 Cattle, 2"?; horses, 35f. District", from May ;0 Cattle 2Gp: horses, 32. District 5, division 1, from June 1 Cattle, 22P; horses., 28f. Sheep From May 10, S?f; from June 4, 7.;f; from July 1, 610. Ewes to lamb, 20 additional per head. . Those entitled to grazing privileges may obtain blank forms to be used in making applications, and any further information upon request to the forest supervisor, A. W. Jensen, Ephraim. |
