Show Shea Gets What He Has Coming. New York. Cornelius P. Shea, the former Chicago labor leader, found guilty of attempting to murder Alice Walsh, a former Chicago waitress with whom he had been living here, was sentenced' on Friday to not less than five nor more than twenty-five years in prison. The former president presi-dent of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters listened stolidly to Judge Foster's scathing remarks in pronouncing sentence. Judge Foster said: "I believe I am helping the cause of organized labor by ridding it :if one such as you, and sen-ding you to state's prison" |
