Show Creamery Closed Down. For some time pb.st it hag been impossible im-possible for the lessee of our local creamery to obtain from the people f quality of cream from which to make a desirable brand of butter. Mr. Larson has done all in his power to ' get the people to observe proper care in the handling of milk, but without avail and he was obliged to stop hia manufacture of buttor. The lease to J.I. Lar3on was begun a little over three years ago, during which time he has worked up a business busi-ness averaging 2,200 a month. The Jenseu Creamery company of Salt Lake has arranged to carry Mr. Lar-son's Lar-son's lease until it expires next February Feb-ruary and renew it another five years if agreeable to the company owaing the plant. lu leasing the plant, the Jensen Creamery company simply closes it doivn and has the cream shipped to the Salt Lake factory, where more modern machinery is available and a uniform grade ot manufacture assured. as-sured. By this plau those who have been supplying the local concern will realize no less for their cream and as much money will circulate before. Mr. Larson has sold his hwme and in a few weeks will move back to Salt Lake and engage iri the poultry bu6inees. |
