Thomas Edgar Stimson, aged 52 years, half-brother to B. F. Winlleld Wood, who shot and seriously se-riously wounded Mrs. ML Martin at Salt Lake about three weeks ago, is to be charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to commit murder, Mrs. Martin being on the road to recovery. Arthur Wheeler, aged forty years, died at Ogden from internal injuries received by being thrown under the wheels of a wagon. The accident occurred oc-curred when Wheeler attempted to get out of the wagon end the horses suddenly jumped forward. .Isaac Kimball, aged 60, son of President Ileber Kimball, died June 25 at Bluebell, near Roosevelt. Mr. Kimball Kim-ball had lived in Utah for fifty years, spending most of his time in the frontier fron-tier settlements of the state. He is survived by a wife anC six children. A deer which wandered from his mountain fastnesses into the town ot Midvale, ended its joyful days of freedom free-dom by being captured alive.
