NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the board of directors held December 11, 1911. an assessment of 55 cents per share was levied on the capital stock of the corporation. Said assessment is payable pay-able to Philip A. Dack, secretary of the compBny, at his office, residence, Favette, Utah, ou or before January 15, 191L Any stock upon which this asepps-ment asepps-ment may remain unpaid on the said 15th day of January, will be delinquent delin-quent and advertised for sale at public pub-lic auction, and unless payment is made before, will be sold on Monday the 5th day of February,, 1912 to pay the delinquent assessment, together with the coet of advertising and expenses ex-penses of sale.
