An ordinance levying a tax and for the assessment of property on both sides of Market Street between East Tomnle and West Temple Streets, In Sidewalk District No. 20, for the construction con-struction of a cement sidewalk. Bo It ordained by the City Council nf Salt Lake City, Utah. Section 1. That the City Council does hereby levy the tax and provido for the assessment of the same upon the nronerty hereinafter described in lots Nos. 3, 4, 7 and 8, block 51, plat "A." Salt Lalco City survey, abutting on both sides of Market Street betweon East Temple and West Temple Streets, in Sidewalk District No. 20, said property prop-erty having a frontage of 1,320 feet along said Street. This tax is lovied to defray the ex-nonso ex-nonso of constructing a cement sidewalk side-walk twelve (12) feet wido and four (4) Inches thick upon said portion of said Street opposite the property hereinafter here-inafter described to bo especially affected af-fected and benefited by said Improvement, Improve-ment, and It Is hereby adjudged, determined de-termined and established that the same will bo especially benefited thereby to the full amount of tho tax hereby lovied, and said parcels of land are hereby assessed at an equal and uniform uni-form rate in accordance with tho linear foot frontage upon said portion of said Street, fronting lpon and to a depth of twcnty-flvo t.25) feet back therefrom, and tho tax horoby levied and to bo assessed upon said parcels of land is two thousand nine hundred hun-dred and seventy ($2,970.00) dollars, or two and 25-100 ($2.25) dollars per front or linear foot, which is tho estimated es-timated total cost, md estimated coat per linear foot of .mid sidewalk, and the treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to assess in accordance with tho provisions of this ordinance for the purpose heroin mentioned, all of lots 3, 4, 7 and 8, block 51, plat "A," Salt Lako City survey, as tho same are shown upon the official plats of said City to a depth of twenty-five (25) feet back from said street, and to collect col-lect said tax. Sec. 2. Said tax shall become and be delinquent as follows: One-third thereof shall become delinquent de-linquent in ono month after tho approval ap-proval of this levy; one-third in two months after said approval, and one-third one-third in three months after said approval. ap-proval. Each and every installment of said tax except tho first, shall draw interest at tho rate of seven (7) per cent per annum from date of levy, and all said Installments shall bear interest inter-est at tho rate of ton- (10) per cent per annum from date of delinquency. Under and by virtue of an order of sale and decree de-cree of foreclosure issued out of the District Court of the County of Salt Lake and State of Utah, on the 29th day of April 1905, in the above entitled en-titled action, wherein W. I. Brown and W. E.
