Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the board of directors of the Emerald Mining company, held at its office, above designated, on Saturday, Satur-day, May 5, 1906, an assessment of one and one-half (iy2) cents per share was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, cor-poration, payable to J. E. Oglesby, secretary sec-retary of the company, at its said oflice above designated, in three equal, installments, in-stallments, as follows: The first installment in-stallment of one-half cent payable Friday, June 15, 190G; the second in-stallment in-stallment of one-half cent payable Saturday, Sat-urday, July 14, 1906; and the third Installment In-stallment of one-half cent payable Wednesday, August 15, 1906. Any stock upon which the first installment of this assessment may remain unpaid on Friday, June 15, 1906, will be delinquent delin-quent and advertised for sale at public pub-lic auction, and, unless payment of said first installment Is made before, will bo sold on Saturday, July 14, 1906, at the hour of 2 o'clock p. m., at the company's office, abovo designated, to pay the delinquent Installment, together to-gether with cost of advertising and expense ex-pense of sale.
