Notice Is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Great Copper King Mining & Milling Company, held on the 17th day of October, 1910, asesessment No. 14, of one-tenth (1-10) of a cent per share was levied upon the capital stock of the corporation Issued and outstanding payable immediately to the secretary at the office of the Star Laundry, 151 West Ninth South. Notice is hereby given that a special spe-cial meeting of the stockholders of St. George Copper Mining Company, a corporation under the laws of Utah, has been called to convene at No. 414 Judge building, Salt Lake City, Utah, on Monday, November 14, 1910, at ten o'clock A. M. The purpose for which said meeting is called is to consider and vote upon the question of selling and conveying all the property of the corporation to the Miner's Syndicate, a corporation under the laws of the Territory of Arizona, and to accept in full payment therefor 20,000 shares of the capital stock of said Miner's Syndicate. Syn-dicate. Also, if said proposition is carried, to consider and rote upon the further question of granting an option for the sale of all of the stock of said Miner's Syndicate so acquired for the sum of ?5 per share, payable in installments in-stallments extending over the period of one year, or such other time as shall be determined upon at said meeting.
