I Notice of Stockholders' Meeting. I At a meeting of the directors of the Baku Olll company, held at the company's offices Augus 23rd, 1902, a stockholders meeting was called to I meet October 6th, 1902, at 78 West Second South I street, Salt Lake City, Utah, at 3 o'clock p. m., fot I the following purposes: I First To elect a board of seven directors oil said company for the ensuing year. I Second to consider the propriety of disposing oi I the treasury stock. I Third To levy an assessment to raise the nee. I essary funds to pay the expenses of doing the an-1 nual labor. I September 3rd, 1902. I Trustee's Sale. I Whereas, James J. Cone and Anna Cone, his I wife, by their certain deed of trust, dated Decern-1 ber 1, 1896, and recorded on the 9th day of April, I 1897, in book "4 B" of trust deeds, on page 530, of I the records in the office of the County Recorder I of Salt Lake county, State of Utah, did convey to I Edward Home, as trustee, the following described I real estate, situate in the county of Salt Lak, I State of Utah, to-wit: I Lots 47, 48 and 49 of block 3, Central Park sub-1 division of lots 1, 2, 3, and 16, block 41, ten-acrj I plat "A," Big Field survey. I In trust, nevertheless, to secure the payment o! I a certain promissory note made and executed by I James J. Cone in the principal sum of seven nun-1 dred and fifty ($750) dollars, bearing the same date I as said deed of trust, and due and payable two I years after date thereof, together with interest I thereon at the rate of eight (8) per cent per annum I from date, payable quarter yearly, and payable I to the order of Annie M. Liddell. I And whereas said deed of trust provided that I in case of default of the payment of said promis-1 sory note, or any part thereof, or of the interest I thereon, then said trustee was thereby authorized I and empowered to sell and dispose of the said I premises at public vendue, at the front door of I the courthouse at the county seat of Salt Lake I county, Utah, to the highest bidder for cash, first I giving thirty days notice of such sale by adver-1 tisement in some newspaper published and printed I in said county. I And whereas default has been made in the I payment of the said promissory note, and the same I is due and unpaid. I Now, therefore, the undersigned trustee, at the I request of the legal holder of said note, and by 1 virtue of the power and authority in him vested, I and in accordance with the provisions of said I deed of trust, will, on Tuesday, the 7th day of Oo- I tober, A. D. 1902, at 10 o'clock a. m. of said day, I at the south front door of the city and county I building, the same being the county courthouse I of Salt Lake county, in Salt Lake City, Utah, sell I the above described premises at public vendue to I the highest and best bidder for cash, for the pur- I pose of paying said promissory note with interest due thereon, and will make, execute, acknowledge I and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers of said I premises good and sufficient deed or deeds of con I veyance therefor.
