TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: No-Uco No-Uco is horoby given that a special tax for tne purpose of constructing a cement sidewalk, on Third North street, between Ninth and Eleventh West streets, in Sidewalk district No. 21, has been levied and confirmed by ordinace of the City Council, dated Juno 20th, 1904. Said tax is levied upon the following real property prop-erty in Salt Lake City, to-wit: The east 148 feet of lot 8, and the east 132 feet of lot 7, blofik 77, plat 'C," all of lots 31 and 32, Taylor's Subdivision of the west half of block 77, plat "C"; all lots 1 to 13, inclusive, of block 1 "B," Oakley Subdivision; Subdi-vision; all of lots 1 to 13, Inclusive, of block 1 "A," Oakley Subdivision; all of lots 1 to 21, inclusive, of block 1, Colorado Colo-rado Subdivision; all of lots 16 to 2G Inclusive, Inclu-sive, of block 2, Oakwood Subdivision; and all of lot 1, block 80, plat "C," Salt Lake City Survey, to a depth of twenty-flvo twenty-flvo feet back from said streets, is payable pay-able in three equal installments, and will become delinquent as follows: Said first Installment on July 20th, 1904; said second installment on August 20th, 1901; and said third installment on September Sep-tember 20th, 1901. Each of said Installments, except the first, shall draw interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum from the date of the levy, as aforesaid, and if any or either of said Installments shall be unpaid when they become delinquent, interest thereon shall be at the rate of 10 per cent per annum until such delinquent Installments are fully paid.
