Show MAXINE ELLIOTT. I Maxine Elliott comes to the Salt Lake theatre for three nights, commencing Thursday, November 17th,in the newest and best Clyde Fitch comedy, "Her Own Way," which had a unique run in New York, where it was given in four different theatres the-atres in order that Miss Elliott's engagement might be prolonged as much as possible. Americans Amer-icans are always willing that a woman sh,all have her own way, if she be young, gracious and beautiful, beau-tiful, and certainly no such adjectives could be applied ap-plied to anyone better than to Maxine Elliott. The play is a smart picture of society life of today in which the central figure is a high-spirited girl who insists on having her own way in her own love af- lir. Manager Charles B. Dillingham has surrounded sur-rounded Miss Elliott With a strong supporting company1 com-pany1 which includes Charles Cherry, James Ca-rew, Ca-rew, R. C. Herz, Georgie Lawrence, Nellie Thome, Fanny Addison Pitt, and a clever child-actor, Donald Don-ald Gallagher. |
