Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. 61-440 (al3259) Donald & Kathleen Scott, 1671 Colt Dr., Henderson, Nv. propose to correct the point of diversion and nature of use of 0.05 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Section C, pg. 9, Sevier River Decree, Blanche Showalter Award as amended by 61-440 (a6115). The water was to have been diverted from an 8-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point N. 1360 ft, E. 100 ft. from the WV4 Cor, Sec. 25, T35S, R5W; and used for the domestic use of one family; stockwatering of 6 cattle and horses, and 50 poultry; business and recreation purposes within a 300 unit campground; and, from March 15 to Nov. 15, for the irrigation of 1.0 acre within the SViNWVi Sec. 25, T35S, R5W. Hereafter 0.05 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 300 ft. deep at a point N. 732 ft., E. 28 ft. from the W'i Cor., Sec. 25, T35S, R5W; and used, from March 15 to Nov. 15, for the irrigation of 6.2 acres within the SWV4NWV4 Sec. 25, SEV4NEV4 Sec. 26, T35S, R5W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W.
