Show CMJUOUViUG UGl'JS By Marva Fletcher 679-8521 RaVae Pollock of Kanab visited vis-ited her daughter and son-in-law, Coleen and Joey Comp and their family for Christmas. Bea Reynolds attended the weddings of her grandson Lark Reynolds who married Mitzi Lynne Higgins and granddaughter granddaugh-ter Melissa Reynolds who married mar-ried Timothy Maynes. She also , attended the joint reception held in their honor in Panguitch. . They are the son and daughter of Nick and Jewell Reynolds of Panguitch. Both weddings were held in the Manti LDS Temple. Connie Kleese of Cedar City visited at the Lamonte Twitchell home on Christmas. i Wilma Dutton spent the holiday holi-day at the home of her daughter , Helen Sawyer in Panguitch and , enjoyed her little granddaughter Macy. Visiting Mel and Phyllis Beard for the holiday were son Jay Jacks and family, Aaron and Todd Beard, and Vicki Pollock and daughter, Jordan. Bill and Bonnie Nelson had all of their family home for a holiday get-together, Jack and Gay Nelson and family, Cory and Christy Dalley, Brian and Jill Craig of Logandale, Nev.; Jim and June Ann Miller and family, Panguitch; Clint and Jolene Pollock and family of Panguitch; Marie Merchant, Richfield, and Mark and Loni Nelson and family of Cannonville. Anna and son J. J. Dunham invited Edgar and Dorothy Dunham, Margaret Braithwaite and La Vera Moss at their home for Christmas dinner. Alma and Anita Fletcher had as guests Michael and Rimi Fletcher and family of Tucson, Ariz.; Dennis and Joyce Johnson of Panguitch, Carlon and Heather Johnson and family of Henrieville, and Weston and Heather Johnson of Logan. Vaughn Twitchell has been spending time at the St. George LDS Temple. Also attending the temple were Joe and Rae Hughes who went with Verle and Rose Palmer who did the endowment work for their daughter who is deceased. Golden and Roxanna Johnson had his sister Dixie and brother-in-law Don Munson here from Salt Lake City as overnight guests at their home. Also visiting visit-ing were grandchildren Misty and Lynn Cox and family from Glendale who came for Christmas dinner. Howard and Dorothy Leavitt visited in Panguitch with daughter daugh-ter and son-in-law Kelly and Wally Lee and their children. Don and Louise Mangum had family members visit them. Don is still recuperating from his fall. Visiting Steve and VerJean Clark were their children and grandchildren, Ron and Kyla Mcintosh and family, Sheena Clark, Cedar City; and Clinton and Stephanie Brinkerhoff and children Landyn, Austyn and Macy who came for Christmas. Larry and Glenna Fletcher had all of their family here for Christmas except daughter Denise and family who came on Friday. Dallas and Emilee Clark went to St. Johns, Ariz., to spend Christmas with her parents, the Lane Listons. Bob and Mira Loy Ott said they had no visitors, but they kept the telephone lines busy with Christmas calls to family members. They also reported that their grandson Kolter Ott, son of Kowan and Melanie Ott is leaving for the LDS Missionary Training Center for his mission in Little Rock, Ark. We are really proud of our fine missionaries from Cannonville LDS Ward. John and Ramona Morreale and family attended the wedding and reception for their son Jeremy Moss and Sarah Jenkins at Fillmore. They will hold an open house Friday at the Morreale home for the newly-weds. newly-weds. Tom Shakespear spent several sever-al days in the hospital in St. George suffering from blood clots. Gerald and Dawn Stock had Christmas dinner with daughter, Kathy Julander and family in Panguitch. Jeff Stock took his family to San Diego, Calif., to visit daughter Erin and son Jeff Jr. who is stationed there in the Navy. They stayed four days. While there, they also visited Jeff's sister Nora Wagner's son Robbie and his family. Rosemary brought her mother moth-er Marva Fletcher home to spend Christmas. They returned to Cedar City on Thursday to keep an appointment with the hearing specialist. Marva hopes to be back home to stay soon. The LDS Primary Christmas Party started out with a chili supper. Marty Rich played his guitar and sang and soloists on the program were Shantel Henrie, Dayshea Twitchell, Mel Beard, Trevor Henrie and Lonnie Comp. The LDS Young Men and Young Women joined in with the music. Rimi Fletcher accompanied the singers on the piano, and Santa came and visited in his sleigh pulled by Shawn Stubbs' mules. There was caroling afterwards. I hope everyone had a special Christmas and that the New Year will bring each of you the best and most worthwhile things in life and I send my love and my thanks to all! |
