Show By Wynona Henderson 679-8560 Albert and Sydney Halliday of Salt Lake City visited with Ernie and Wynona Henderson. Albert lived in Tropic at one time and was friends with Champ Moore many years ago. Rilee and Margo Smith of Escalante came one day and picked up Rae Smith and her grandson Dane and went to Cedar City for the LDS blessing of a great-grandson, Christopher McCall Cronin and also a great grandson of Cecil and Carrie Griffin. We finally have had rains that lasted more than 20 minutes. It is greatly appreciated. Kind of sounds good to hear thunder. The Henrieville LDS Relief Society held their regular enrichment night with a lesson and summer picnic on the lawn. It was an enjoyable evening and lots of fun. A delicious chicken salad was served. Visiting at the home of Delpha Rose was Theron, Marilyn and Tracy Rose of West Valley City. Max Rose of St. George, Dan and Millie Chidester and family of Richfield, Milton Rose of Pleasant Grove, Colin Rose and his boys of Annabella, Kerry Rose and his son, Chris of Sandy, Jeanne Payne and her son, Derrick of Cedar City, plus Daniel Rose, Collette Mathews and Artoise Piatt and their families, fami-lies, all helping with the work on her home. Russ LeFevre was in Pocatello, Ida., working on his home there. Visiting with Russ and Lyllian LeFevre were Jarren LeFevre of Pocatello, Ida.; Cassie and Amanda LeFevre of Benton, Wash.; Steve and Vickie Coons and family of Salt Lake City and Adam and Jill Singleton also of Salt Lake City. Also on hand were Greg and Paula Shakespear and Lisa Lyman and family all'' of Escalante. It was held at Reed LeFevre's place. Helen Willis has had her daughter JoAnn Martinez here staying with her. Also other daughter and son-in-law Shelly and Shawn Patterson and two boys all of Reno are here. Helen reports that the William Patterson Willis reunion was a lot of fun with visiting and lots of good food. On Friday Ernie and Wynona Henderson, Dave and Kathryn Pollock, Steve and Kathy Goulding and Kenny and JoAnne Goulding met at the Care Center to help celebrate Ken's birthday. JoAnn is a patient there and we still want to have her presence with us. . ' The Hendersons also attend- - . ; ed the funeral service in Hatch ' '. -' for Ardis Evans. It was good to ' get to see all of her family. We ' send our love and condolences to her husband, Bob, who was very devoted and to the rest of the family. Guy Thompson took grand- ' ';, daughter Jordan Johnson to Las r Vegas, Nev., for a few days to . visit and he helped with some projects there. They heard from ; their daughter Cecile : ; Thompson, who is touring the ; UK for a month in between jobs. Anita Fletcher and Beverly . ' Thompson attended the St. George LDS Temple. They met - ' Bev's daughter Debbie for lunch ; and had a very enjoyable day. |
