Show nrmaonv anas By Betty Wiley 624-3215 Jordan Russell and Lula Porter were baptized in the Circleville LDS Ward and Bishop Tim Westwood congratulated congrat-ulated them during the Antimony LDS Ward sacrament meeting. Dana Crosby, an aunt from Sandy and Hanna Lue Williams, a grandmother from Malad, Ida. were here on Sunday to hear their niece, Lula and Jordan Russell recite their LDS Articles of Faith. The ambulance was called on Tuesday evening to take Garth Roberts to Garfield Memorial Hospital with chest pains. He had been ill all day. The last report I heard on Garth was that he is doing well. He did have heart problems but was due to come home in a day or two. The children from Antimony Elementary with Mary Jean Willis went caroling around a few of the homes in town. Ken Hill is expecting all of his family here for Christmas and he said they had called twice yesterday and once already today to make sure there would be snow here for Christmas and it has finally made it from the North Pole with snow. Barbara Gleave had a birthday birth-day party for her grandson, Kolbey Gleave on Tuesday afternoon. The Antimony LDS Relief Society will have the Christmas program in sacrament meeting on Dec. 22, using the singing mothers choir and talks by some of the officers. Burns and Mona Black were in Salt Lake City to see all the beautiful lights on Temple Square and to attend the Conference Center to hear Walter Cronkite. Eugene King is feeling better and Valeria told us that they will be going on a cruise ship in January to Australia and New Zealand. The annual LDS Primary Christmas Party was held on Dec. 20. Jane Wiley went to Overton, Nev., on Saturday to bring her mother Beverly Frederick here for Christmas. |
