NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions provi-sions of Section 11-14-21, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on February, 6, 2003, - the Mayor and Town Council of Antimony, Utah (the "Issuer"), authorized the issuance of Parity Water ' Revenue Bond, Series 2003. in the aggregate principal amount of no! to exceed $250,000 (the "Bonds"), of the Issuer, to be dated the dates of delivery to the purchasers, to mature in not more than thlirty (30) years from their date or dates. NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Antimony Town is seeking contractors for construction oT two separate components of a culinary water project. .'Two separate bidding packages have-been have-been prepared. The first component is construction con-struction of a 250,000-gallon reinforced concrete water storage stor-age tank. The tank will be 50 feet in diameter and 20 feet tall. Construction will also include all valves, manholes, piping, and installation of chlonnation equipment required by contract documents. This water storage tank is located in Antimoiiy, Garfield County, Utah. A pre- bid site visit will be held for construction of the water storage stor-age tank on 21903 at 1 :00 p.m. The site visit will be held at the existing .water storage tank. Attendance1 is recommended but not required. The 'second component is construction of a 15,000-foot long, 6-inch diameter water transmission pipeline from Pole Canyon Spring to the proposed water storage tank. Construction wilfalso include all air-valves, meters, and stream-crossings required by contract documents. Pole Canyon Spring is located approximately J miles west of Antimony, Garfield County, Utah.
