Show By Wynona Henderson 679-8560 The early snow storm caught everyone by surprise. We came through Red Canyon on Wednesday night and it was very beautiful the roads were not two cars had slid off. The mountain was also bad but the plows were out. They do a good job. Doyle and Joan Jackson were in Salt Lake City again this week to the VA Hospital for his eye checkup. Gary and Sandy Johnson were in Cedar City attending classes then on to Zion for a moon light hike. Travis and Tammy Shakespear took four-year-old daughter, Brittney to Primary Children Medical Center in Salt Lake City. She was checked over and they said she had a virus. While there, they stayed with Travis' sister, Vickie and Steve Coons in Kearns. Ramona Copfer was in Panguitch for doctors appointments. appoint-ments. Theron Rose of Magna was here putting the new cabinets in Delpha's home. Cliff and Colette Mathews have their three grandchildren, Chase, Shelby and Christian Mathews visiting for a couple of weeks. Robert was here on the weekend from his job in Salt Lake City. Carlon Johnson and Guy Thompson, along with some Bryce Canyon friends spent a few days on the houseboat at Lake Powell. The Bryce Valley Girls Volleyball won their game against Valley. Way to go girls! Wynona Henderson visited her aunts Mary Ott and Eliza Porter of Idaho Falls, Ida. on Thursday. Ernie Henderson had doctors appointments at the VA Hospital on Tuesday. He and Wynona stayed with their daughter, Trish Dixon, Brian and girls. They celebrated Nicki's birthday along with Dani and Cody Dixon and her other grandmother, grandmoth-er, Jolene Dixoq of Bountiful and uncle Dallas. Ernie and Wynona Henderson were in Salt Lake City for the funeral of their cousin, Arthur V. Chynoweth of Midvale. All of his brothers and sisters were there. It was a very nice service with his grandchildren grandchil-dren all taking part. Our love and sympathy to all his family. Arthur V. or "Dag" as he was. called, grew up here. |
