Her brother, Kent Willis, will be coming home from his mission and will land by plan Oct. 17 in Salt Lake City. The family can hardly wait! George and Bernice Jolley traveled to Malad, Ida. on Thursday to see her father, Berlin Osborn. The Lawrence Twitchell family is here visiting with his parents, Clarence and Mona Rae Twitchell. Happy Birthday on Oct. 8, Clarence. Brady King, son of Casey and Camille King, who attends Piute High School, placed first at every cross country track meet he entered except one. Some record, Brady! Kathy Searle and Willy Miles attended Relief Society and church at Antimony LDS Ward on Sunday. Also Lindsey Messmer's parents and her sister sis-ter and husband were also here. Kory Willis and his mom, Mary Jean Willis, traveled to Orcm on Thursday where Mary Jean attended a wedding shower for her niece. Released from Antimony LDS Ward Sunday was Bernice Jolley, librarian and sustained as the new church librarian and assistant cub scout leader was Michelle Black. A large group of Antimony LDS Relief Society .sisters attended Stake Relief Society meetings in Panguitch on Saturday and enjoyed the event. While attending that meeting in Panguitch, Marge Robinson was called out and told they were bringing her husband by ambulance from Antimony. He was taken on over to Cedar City where he was operated on Sunday and by Monday he was able to return home. It was apparently his gall bladder. On the last two weekends, the grandchildren of the Van Wiley's have been here getting wood for winter. Saturday, Ladd and Kim Brindley and children Chace and Chantry came to help. Layne and Ilene Blood were in Salt Lake City on Saturday. Verlene Gleave is home after spending two weeks in St. George with her daughters, ANTIMONY From Page 6-A Kristena and Nedra. The Burns Black family attended the blessing of the new baby boy of Rod and Molly Black, son of the Rodney Blacks. They then went on to see their grandson, Dustin Christensen, son of Val and Shauna Christensen of Fruit Heights. He has been in the Santiago LDS Mission in the Dominican Republic. |
