Show (IGMUGViUG UuUS By Wynona Henderson 679-8560 Monday night Henrieville received that much needed snow. Ernie and Wynona Henderson had been to Salt Lake City for doctors appointments appoint-ments at the V.A. Hospital and were in snow storms most of the way home. Ed and Collette Liddell met the Hendersons at the hospital and from there they went to lunch. Collette is still ' having therapy daily for a badly broken wrist. What a great lot of visiting and sharing family history we had. The Hendersons also visited children Brian and Trish Dixon and girls Dani and Nicki of Riverton and Dorsie Huffaker and her girls, Lauren and Shelly in Hurricane. Our congratulations to Nathan and Lori Piatt on their new baby girl, Mira who weighed 7 lbs. 1 oz. and 21 inches long. She has three brothers and three sisters to welcome wel-come her. Ken and Artoise Piatt are the proud grandparents from here and Delpha Rose is great grandma. Visiting with Thelma Smith were her son, Ben and his wife, Kim and family of Santa Clara and Leah Smith of Provo. Gary and Sandy Johnson enjoyed a family reunion at Ruby's Inn over the weekend. Four of Sandy's 12 brothers and sisters were able to attend, as well as cousins, nieces and nephews and half of their own children with their spouses and children. Those in attendance were Bob and Marilyn Lifferth, Aaron, Monica and Ben Lifferth; Darr, Emily and Landon Lund, Brian, Jamie and Smiley; Keven and Gretchen Nott and children Matt, Adam, Mary and Anna. Also Richard, Carole, Isaac, Eric, Heather, Kimberly, Kyle & Leslie Lifferth; Karl, Paula, Darin and Ryan Lifferth; Scott and Karalee Lifferth; Maria West, Earl and Rosie, Brady, Ruth and Treyton Carter, Becca, Braxton and Ryker Albrecht and Esther Johnson. Essie's roommate Jennifer Desmond also joined in. The family attended church in our ward on Sunday, then served a family dinner in the cultural hall. Ken and Artoise Piatt and their family were in Richfield to entertain the Richfield Cultural Club. Nathan New joined them in doing the limbo rock. This week, Beau Shakespear, the grandson of Russ and Lyllian LeFevre and Clare and Mary Lee Ramsay and son of Dennis and Brenda Shakespear of Kanab attended the St. George LDS Temple, prior to going on his mission to Dallas Texas. Steve and Vickie Coons, Kearns; Lynne and Mala Shakespeare of St. George and Rhoda Shafer and all the above named were in attendance. On Tuesday night the Henrieville LDS Relief Society and Young Women spent a delightful evening where the girls modeled clothing of past eras. It was quite amazing to remember when some of us were actually small enough to fit in them. Sandy Johnson and Virginia Wetzel served delicious treats. |
