Show Nedra Henrie Tebbs PANGUITCH Nedra Henrie Tebbs, 86, of Panguitch and St. George, Utah, died Oct. 5, in St. George. She was born March 25, 1911 in Panguitch to Jeddie Nephi and Hilda Prince Henrie. She married mar-ried Daniel Asay Tebbs, Sept. 21, 1933 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Tem-ple. Nedra was a member of the Panguitch Literary Club and served as club president. She was a charter member of the Quester Club and president of the Powell Wool Growers Auxiliary. She taught piano for many years, and was an active member of the LDS Church where she taught Relief Society, Sunday School and Primary. She was the organist for the Junior Sunday School and Primary. Pri-mary. She served as a missionary in Australia and Rochester, New York and stake missions in Panguitch Pan-guitch and St. George. She and her husband served 13 years as ordinance ordi-nance workers in the St. George Temple. She is survived by husband, Daniel A. Tebbs of St. George; children, Veda (Glen) Hale of St. George; J. Daniel (Karen) Tebbs of Las Vegas, Nev.; Janice (Michael) Gottfredson of Salt Lake City; Dr. Victor Louis (Lora) Tebbs, Hurricane; Hurri-cane; Hilda Joyce (Kent) Miller of England; Lucinda Ruth (Robert) Judd of Gunnison; 37 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; sisters, Vira Blake of St. George; Lucille Fullmer Full-mer of Circleville; Ellis Whitney of Lone Pine, Calif.; brothers, Lowell Henrie and Frank Henrie, both of ESCALANTE Ushur Luzell Spencer, 92 of Escalante, Utah died October 4, 1997 at the home of his daughter, Patsy, in Provo, Utah. He was born July 10, 1905 in Escalante Esca-lante to Thomas and Polly Anne Duel Spencer. He was a kind and loving son, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He married Eva Griffin in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, December 20, 1927. She preceded him in death March 4, 1977. He married LaPreal Day Lunt, October 7, 1979 in the Provo LDS Temple. Dad loved working with cattle, horses, on the farm and trucking. He was a faithful member of the LDS Church and served as a missionary, mis-sionary, councilor in the bishopric, high councilman, temple ordinance worker and in many other callings. Survived by wife LaPreal, of Escalante; son Karl F. (Ann) Spencer, Escalante; daughter, Patsy (Garl) Cottam, Provo; step children, chil-dren, Stephen L. (Terry) White of California; Dixie (Dean) Richen-bach Richen-bach Orem; eight grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister, Eva Haws of Brigham City, Utah; brothers, Thomas Dudley Spencer of Escalante; Cray Kemp Spencer of Mesa, Ariz. He is preceded in death by his wife, Eva; son, U. Stanley Spencer; brothers, Courtney and Floyd Spencer; sisters, Berdean Savage and Thora Munson. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Oct. 9, 1997 at 1 p.m. in the Panguitch LDS Stake Center, 550 S. 100 W., with Bishop Kenneth Ken-neth Miller officiating. Friends may call at the ward chapel in Panguitch Pan-guitch on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. and again Thursday morning from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Panguitch Pan-guitch Cemetery.
