Show Pcnnnitch By Mamie Talbot 676-8084 Merle Stowell received word that her son Don, his wife Toni and daughter Sara were in a car wreck on the way to Sara's baptism. The two cars were totaled, but only Don was injured and just a broken finger. Michelle Black and sister Heather traveled to Beaver to attend a bridal shower for the daughter of Arda Talbot and granddaughter of Freda Talbot. The couple were married Oct. 9. Tara Excell, daughter of Greg and Jane Excell, and Jared Condie, son of Vernon and Carol Condie of Beaver, were married in the St. George temple. Grandmothers here are Hilma Excell and Margaret Greenleaf. The irrigation water in town has been shut off. Hope we get our waterlines and hoses drained to prevent breaks in them. Put on your dresses of red and gold, for the summer is gone and the days grow cold." The leaves are 'dropping rapidly. We hear of the death of Vesta Norton, wife of the late Marion Norton, Panguitch native, in Sandy. The Chad and Michelle Black family went to Beaver for the wedding of Tina Cox, daughter of Roger and Arda Talbot Cox, and Brent D. Porter of Cedar City. .The bride is Freda Talbot's granddaughter. Layton Barney was the speaker at the Sunday meeting of the Care Center Branch. The residents really enjoy Sunday services there. Edna. Clarke had a fall and is in the local hospital. Barbara Ellison Matthews of" St. George and Lee and Toni E. Todd of Salt Lake City, brought the remains of their father, Press Ellison, for interment at Hatch. Press died two weeks ago. LaMoine and Dora Cameron of Darby, Mont., joined the Ellison' El-lison' family and visited friends and family here. They all toured their beautiful home country. LaMoine is the son of the late Keith Cameron. |
