PUBLIC NOTICE FY 1987-88 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM The Five County Association of Governments will hold a public meeting on the community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for Federal Fiscal Year 1987-88 in the Old Administration Building Room 204 on the Southern Utah State College Campus (351 West Center) on Thursday, December 11, 1986 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will review funding levels, eligible entities and projects, selection criteria, application process ("How To Apply"), local requirements, state and federal guidelines, regional review process and detailed schedules. Interested persons and organizations are urged to attend. Projects designed to improve the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of southwestern Utah are eligible for Community Development Develop-ment Block Grants. Examples of eligible projects are: culinary water improvements, sewer projects, and street improvements.
