She was born July 8, 1901, Panguitch, to Ammon Frank and Jessie Bell Heywood Judd. She was married to Eugene McEwen, Oct. 11, 1918, Junction; later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He died Jan. 1, 1961. B She was an active member of the s LDS Church. She sang in the ' Panguitch North LDS Ward choir for 60 years, as well as solos and duets in many social groups. ; She served as president and teacher in the Primary Association and was a block teacher in Relief Society for many years. She sang in i a special Mutual Chorus pioneer 1 singing group of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She had served as vice president of Camp Cornelia DUP. She was a member of the J Panguitch Rythmn Band. She was a member of the Richfield Study Club 1 and Camp Richfield DUP. She has lived in Richfield since 1978. Survivors: sons, daughters, Sheldon Rex, Riverside, Mo.; Robert Legrande, Kaysville; Mrs. Ray (Marjorie) Conder, Mrs. Udell (Gloria) Atwood, both Richfield; 19 grandchildren; 18 greatgrandchildren; great-grandchildren; four great-greatgrandchildren; brother, sisters, Mrs- Vaughn DeLange, Orem; Joseph Leland, Tooele. Funeral services will be Wed- nesday at l p.m. in the Panguitch t LDS Ward chapel where Wends may call from 11:30 a.m. to p.m. Interment will be in the Panguitch City Cemetery by Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary, Richfield. Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the Hatch LDS Ward chapel Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Interment In-terment with miliatry rites will be in the Hatch Cemetery by Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary Richfield. Rich-field. Oscar Willis HENRIEVILLE - Funeral services for Oscar Merrill Willis were held Friday in the Henrieville LDS Ward chapel with Bishop Gary L. Johnson, officiating. Daryl Willis offered the family prayer; Viola Rose played prelude and postlude music and Kevin Heaton offered the invocation. Kay Willis gave a tribute and speakers were Richard Willis and Daryl Willis with remarks by Bishop Johnson. Music included selections by the Henrieville Ward Choir and vocal solo by Kenneth Piatt. Garn Willis offered the benediction. Interment was in the Henrieville Cemetery by Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary, Richfield, where Robert Willis offered the dedicatory prayer. Military rites were by the Bryce Valley American Legion Post. Pallbearers were Robert Willis, Evan Henderson, Mark Henderson, Kay Willis, Gale Henderson, Joe Hughes and Jay Thompson. Honorary pallbearers were Aaron Willis, Daniel Willis, Jonathan Willis, Eddie Arellano, John Clark, Jarom Willis, Jordan Willis, Eduardo Arellano, Mayo Zabriskie and Layton Smith. |
