Show Antimony By Betty Wiley Jim and Sharon Magnuson met their daughter, Jeri, in Las Vegas to help her celebrate her birthday. Larry and Reba Gleave have a little foster daughter, Ashley, living with them. They are hoping to be able to adopt her. Cartas Montague made a trip to Salt Lake City this week. Van Wiley, Charley and Marcia Brindley spent three days down on the desert checking on the cattle. The shortage of water makes it necessary to move them. The G ary Han sens are in Arizona and while they are gone on business Mikie is staying with the Drew Kreitzers. Dustin Brindley spent the weekend week-end with his grandparents, the Pete Sudweeks in Kingston. Chantell, Chace and Chantry Brindley spent the weekend with their grandparents, the Van Wileys. Ruth Wiley, formerly of here, has retired and is moving to her house in Leeds. Visiting the Garth Roberts this past week were Darlene and Doug Evans of Panguitch and Kim and Scott Adams of Monroe. Going back to college for spring quarter from here were David and Tracy Roberts, Gail Ipson, Charla Ann Brindley, Darrin Jolley and Ronnie King. Van Wiley and Jane Wiley took horses to Mesquite, Nevada to be broke and brought back some for the Barnsons. A friend of Calvin Polls, Bruce Hansen, was visiting and attended sacrament meeting with them. Gloria Kreitzer worked the past week every day at the TriMart in Junction. Her father has had a very serious heart attack. Wayne Delange had a 12 hour bus trip on Saturday. Our chapel is nearly finished. The brick work and siding is being put on by a company in Cedar City. It looks great All classrooms are now being used. Seems good to be back in the church again. Our new organ has been installed. The carpets are all in except the one in the gym. |
