PUBLIC NOTICE The Garfield Memorial Hospital is obligated by law to provide a reasonable amount of care without charge to eligible people who cannot afford care. The free care is available on a first request basis until the hospital's annual compliance com-pliance level is met. For 1987, the compliance level has been determined deter-mined to be $36,103.00. Eligibility for free care is limited to people whose family income is less than the current poverty income guidelines established by the Community Services Administration and who are not covered by third party insurance in-surance plans.
