Show Ken Goulding had to be taken to Panguitch for medical attention and is now improving. Elsie Goulding is able to get around in the home with the help of a walker. Family members and other volunteers are helping them. Thora Partner has her LDS mission mis-sion call to serve one year at the Family History Center in Salt Lake City beginning April 1. A dinner in her honor was held Wednesday evening. Robert and Helen Willis have daughter and son-in-law Marie and Larry Head of Boise, Ida., here for a visit. Irving and Vida Rose went to Provo for Irving's doctor appointment appoint-ment where they also visited daughter daugh-ter Joann Hcrmanson and Janis Kline. Mr. and Mrs. Clint Porter of Escalante and Gary Johnson were the speakers for LDS services. A Single Adult Fireside was held here on Sunday and a prospective missionary mis-sionary class was held. The Escalante Stake Young Men and Young Ladies dance held in Tropic was enjoyed very much. On March 30 a truck will be in Tropic from Descret Industries to pick up items at the LDS Church at 1:45 p.m. |
