Show 1 1 i:r?(yjs!Mtii "1 Ruby Gould Myers PANGUITCH, UTAH Ruby Gould Myers, 94, of Tooele and Panguitch passed away peacefully Sunday, Nov. 6, 1994 in Tooele, Utah. She was bom Oct. 11, 1900 in Panguitch to Samuel Lyman and Sarah Jane Montague Gould. She was the eighth child in a family of nine children. She married Horace Sherman Myers on Mar. 15, 1924 in Panguitch. Their union was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple on Apr. 17, 1981. He died on Jan. 26, 1985. She lived all her life in Panguitch until 1989, at which time she moved to live with her daughter and family in Tooele. An extremely loving and giving person, she was an example to those around her. As a dedicated member of the LDS Church, she held many positions througout her life. She belonged to the Camp Loyhova chapter of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers for many years. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sherlene M. and Jim Osterud, Tooele; two special grandchildren, Melanie Osterud and Michael J. Osterud, Salt Lake City and one sister, Julia G. Dewey of Washington, Utah. ararvrarararararara-ararararararara-a-a Ruby Gould Myers She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Sherman Myers; son Horace Mont Myers, granddaughter, grand-daughter, Michele Osterud and five sisters and two brothers. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Nov. 10, 1994 at 1 p.m. in the Panguitch LDS 1st Ward Chapel, 550 South 100 West, Panguitch. Friends may call at the Ward Chapel in Panguitch on Thursday morning from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Panguitch Cemetery under the direction of Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield. |
