Bangerter has appointed James Grey Larkin to a position on the Utah Transportation Tran-sportation Commission, replacing Commissioner Clem Church. His appointment takes effect immediately, filling a vacancy left by Commissioner Clem Church who resigned due to ill health after serving for over 21 years.
