Show Miss LaCinda Kay Frandsen Frandsen-Shurtz Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Frandsen annonce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Miss LaCinda Kay Frandsen, to Ken Shurtz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hal Shurtz, Escalante. The couple will be married Feb. 3 at the St. George IDS Temple. The bride is a graduate of Panguitch High School where she participated in school activities and served on the drill team. She completed two years at Dixie College and is currently attending Southern Utah State College where she is majoring in child psychology. The bride groom graduated from Escalante High School where he participated in all sports and served as vice president of his seminary class. He attended Dixie College for one year before receiving an LDS mission call to Georgia. He is a junior at SUSC where he is majoring in computer science and chemistry. A reception in honor of the newlyweds will be held in Panguitch at the LDS Stake Center on February 3 from 7 until 9 p.m. and an open house on February 4 in Escalante at the LDS Stake Center from 7 until 9 p.m. for their friends and relatives. The couple will make their home in Cedar City where they will complete their schooling. |
