Show -Hatch Happenings- Velma Huntington 735-4231 The Thomas Woods, Price, visited relatives here. They had their son blessed in the Hatch Ward, Panguitch Stake Center by the baby's uncle Karl Lowder. He was given the name, Shawn Thomas Wood. Afterwards 35 relatives met in Hatch at the Richard Dix home for a dinner. Mr. and Mrs. Leland Riggs and Willie and Mrs. Effel Riggs visited the Robert Craws, Minersville and attended church with them where the Craws baby son was blessed and given the name Charles Richard.. The George A. Workman Sr. family reunion was held at Pink Point on the Mammoth. Mrs. Rea Dodds, Panguitch was chairman and over 150 family members attended, Visiting the E. F. Tureks were Kathy Winn, Cedar City; Coleen Barlow and the Tom Warrens, Oremj Mr. and Mrs. Garth Workman, Sunnyvale, Calif. Visiting Mrs. Verda Sawyer were Mr. and Mrs. Kilburn Wilson, St. George; Vay Sawyer, Kanab; Jeff Rhees, Page, Ariz. LaVal Sawyer visited his family. Allen Williams, Kentucky, joined his wife, Shawna who is visiting the Alvin Wilhelms. Visiting Maggie Barnhurst is Merlin Barnhurst and Kevin Eastman, West Jordan. David Syphus, Pocatello, Ida. is visiting the Lee Syphus'. Estella and Geneva Workman, Glendale were in town Saturday. The Grant Daltons visited the Wayne Stubbs, Parowan. Mr. and Mrs. James Hackbarth and Michelle are visiting their daughter in Aurora and Denver, Colo. The Earl Riggs, Clearfield are visiting the Orlas Riggs. Mr. and Mrs. Orlas Riggs visited the Ralph Riggs, Lyman; then toured in Capitol Reef National Monument. The Deloy Evans, Hurricane, visited the Lynn Evans. Mrs. Gai Wilcock, Panguitch visited her sister Velma Huntington. Rose Elaine and Idonna Deuel visited Rose Elaine for her birthday. Then they visited the Lowders to help Laretta celebrate her birthday. Visiting the David Sawyers were the Kurt and the Kent Sawyers, Cedar City. Georgia, Rodney and Jolyn Savage, Antimony visited the Nile Sawyers. Visiting Lilith Wilson were the Karl Wilsons, St. George. The Vic Cordons, visited in Vernal. |
