Show NOTICE TO WATERS USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to exchange water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. Exch. 2154 (61 area) James E. amd Ruth M. Serr, Box 706, Panguitch, Ut seeks the right to exchange 1.6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by stock cert. 2822, West Panguitch Irri. & Res. Co. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek and tributaries, at a point E. 1900 ft. from )Va Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used for irrigation purposes. Hereafer, 1.6 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake Res., at a' point same as heretofore; " and 1.6 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 100-300 ft deep, ata point S.1695 ft E. 250 ft. from W Cor. Sec. 31, T35S, R7W (1.5 mi W. of Panguitch Lake); and used for the domestic purposes of 2 families; and for the irrigation of 0.367 acs. inSWy4NEV4 Sec. 31, T35S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. North Temple, SLC, Ut 84116, on or before May 7, 1983. Dee C.
