Show Cannonville MaeTwitchell Howard and Dorthy Levitt spent a week in Salt Lake area visiting with their kids and having dental work done. Roy and Bonnie Willis were in Salt Lake City for Roy to have a, medical check up then came back to Aurora and spent the weekend with son Cornel and family. They had the privilege of seeing grandson Richard bap tized. Sunday Richard was confirmed by his father and Cornel's first daughter was blessed and given the name of Bonnie Lynn. Bonnie Lynn has three brothers. Mae, Arjean and Cherlynn Twitchell and Lori Munford spent Tuesday in St. George. Mayor Laurie Holly was in St. George the first part of the week to postal meetings. George Thompson was home from his job in Page and he and Ada spent the weekend in Las. Vegas with daughters Ann and Rachel. Trish Thompson spent two weeks with her mother in Las Vegas. The LaMond David famiy of Cedar City and the Cal Burrows family of Kanab were weekend visitors with mother Melda Davis. The Mel Dutton family of Kanab spent the weekend with the Kendall Duttons and were here to watch son Billy play in the basketball game with Escalante. Dan Chynoweth, Grant Clark and Dean McNelly moved home from their job in Scofield and are waiting for jobs to open up in this area. Edgar and Dorthy Dunham spent a few days home from Edgar's job in Canyonlands. Nellie Thompson was home from SUSC and Joan Clark from BYU with parents the George Thompsons and the Im Clarks. , John Mathews spent a week in Page, Ariz, with friends. Janie Magnum and Tammi Witt went to Kanab to meet him and bring him home. Sheldon Clark spent a week in the Salt Lake City area visiting friends and relatives. Ward Conference was held Sunday with talks from all of the auxiliary heads. |
