Show Reservations Atlvised ! At Utah's State Parks ! In view of the increased tourism projected for Utah during the 1982 season by the Utah State Travel Council, recreationists planning on using any of the 43 State parks will find it advisable to make reservations to assure camping sites. Reservations are not required but are available as a service to the park users in all Utah State parks and recreation areas. Unreserved camping units in all State parks and recreation areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Resident or non 5 resident recreationists I wishing to make reser- ? vations must obtain a j reservation application I form available from any i Utah State Division of j Parks and Recreation j office or park and recreation area. The form must be completed j and submitted with appropriate fees (listed on applicationn form) by j mail to the park or recreation area for which j a reservation is desired. Reservations are not j accepted by telephone except at Wasatch j Mountain State Park and I Bear Lake State Recreation Area. j Reservations are ac- : cepted commencing January 2 for any time during the year except at Wasatch Mountain State Park which only accepts reservations up to 90 days in advance. Reservations will not be confirmed until the reservation application and total payment of fees have been received at the park. Reservations are limited to one per person per park or recreation area within a 30-day period. Camping reservations are limited to 14 days at all parks and recreation areas except Deer Creek Lake State Recreation Area and Wasatch Mountain State Park where the camping period is 10days. |
