Show Escalante Names Students of Month ESCALANTE The Escalante Elementary Parent-Teacher Association In cooperation with the faculty at the school have selected students of the month for February and March. Students were selected for their overall good citizenship in the classrooms and on the playgrounds. Selected were: kindergarten, Connie Combs; 1st and 2nd grade, Lenza Wilson; 2nd and 3rd grade, Jay Hales ; 4th, Natalie Coombs; and 5th and 6th, Michelle Marsh, all for February. Each student was presented a certificate In PTA meeting by PTA president Joyce Woolsey and vice president, Carol Simons. Each student's picture is displayed on a bulletin board at the school recognizing each individual's accomplishment. Students selected for March were: kindergarten, Jason Griffin; 1st and 2nd grade, Nephi Carter; 2nd and 3rd grade, Kim Woolsey; 4th, Beck Mitchell; and Sth and 6th, Julie Ann Carter. |
