Show abkuarl Leone Ihiyeoek ESCALANTE - Leone Haycock, 61, Escalante, Escalante, died March 22, 1980 at his home. He was born May 3, 1918, Escalante, to James Arthur and Alice Spencer Haycock. He was a farmer and veteran of World War I. Survivors: brothers, sisters, Stanley, Spencer, both Escalante; Mrs. Nevin (Laura) Sheldon, Bountiful; Mrs. Harry (Isabell) Chinowelh, Salt Lake City; Gam, Tropic. John ChiricHtcr Funeral services for John F. Chidester, Jr., were held Friday in the Panguitch City Cemetery with Bishop Frank Henrie, officiating. Bishop Dan Chidester offered the family prayer and John M. Henrie offered the dedicatory prayer. Funeral director was Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary, Richfield. Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Escalante Ward chapel with Bishop Lynn Gates, officiating. Anilrrw Spencer offered the family prayer and Areola Gates played prelude and postlude music. Usher Spencer gave the invocation. Speakers were Carol Sue Clark, Gerald B. Haycock and Bishop Gates. Music included selections by the Relief Society Chorus and vocal duet by Hal and Geneal Shurtz. Wade Barney offered the benediction. Burial was in the Escalante cemetery by Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary, Richfield, where Lorell Munson offered the dedicatory prayer. Military rites were conducted by the Escalante Veterans Post. Pallbearers were Earl Dean Duncombe, Bruce Haycock. Gordon Haycock, Richard Sid-well, James Mclnelly, Ron Dumcombe. Koluncl Porter ESCALANTE -Funeral services for Roland Porter were held Saturday in the Escalante Ward chapel with Bishop Lynn Gates, officiating. Marriall D. Porter offered the family prayer and Sandra Porter played prelude and postlude music. Kevin Porter offered the invocation. Speakers were Haws Porter, Lorenzo Griffin and Bishop Gates. Music included vocal solo by Teresa Porter; selection by Delane Griffin and solo by Graldine Liston. Glynn Porter offered the benediction. Burial was in the Escalante Cemetery by Neal S, Magleby and Sons Mortuary, Richfield, where Dee Haws offered the dedicatory prayer. Pallbearers were Jerald Thompson, Slone Porter, Steven Horrocks, Robert Porter, Brent Porter and Derrick Mclnelly. Honorary pallbearers were Khem Porter, William D. Porter, Shane Mclnelly, Clint Porter, Travis Porter, Jarrod Mclnelly, and Roland Horrocks. CARD OF THANKS We wish to say thank you and extend our appreciation for all the kind acts of sympathy expressed at the death of our dear one. To those who brought food to the homes, the beautiful flowers, the contributions to the Center Foundation in memory of John F., the use of the stake center facility, to all people who traveled so far to attend, the understanding, kindness and assistance from the 4rd Ward Bishopric, the lovely luncheon served by the 3rd Ward Relief Society, all these and other gestures, given by so many people gives one great comfort in knowing how much friends love you and share your sorrow.
