Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following ap-plications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-10796 (97-1565) Plateau Resources, Limited, 772 Horizon Dr., Grand Junction, Co. proposes to change the point of diversion of 0.05 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Ch. Seg. Appl. a-8114-b. The water has been diverted from four wells: 1) an 8-inch well, 500 ft. deep, at a point S. 20 ft. W. 2000 ft; 2) a 10-inch well, 1500 ft. deep, at a point S. 820 ft W. 2000 ft, 3) a 10-inch well, 1500 ft. deep, at a point S. 20 ft. W. 1100 ft; and 4) a 10-inch well, 1500 ft deep, at a point S. 2000 ft W. 2000 ft; all from NE Cor. Sec. 21, T35S, RUE; and used for the supplemental domestic purposes of 50 persons, and the water has been used in the Henry Mountain Mining Dist. at the Lucky Strike Tony M. Mine, where uranium and vandaium ores have been mined in the NEVi Sec. 21, T35S, RUE. Hereafter, 0.05 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 1500 ft. deep, at a point N. 2400 ft. E. 1200 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 2, T35S, RUE (5 mi W. of Mt. Holmes); and used same as heretofore, and also in the Frank M mine in Sec. 2 & 3, T35S, RUE. 53222 (61-747) Keith Steele, 1918 Wasatch Dr., SLC, Ut 0.015 sec. ft of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep, at a point N. 1300 ft E. 300 ft from SW Cor. Sec. 33.T34S, R5W ( mi S. of Panguitch); and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in NWy4SWV4 Sec. 33, TS4S, R5W. 53311 (97-1567) Leo J. and Barbara C. Gardner, Newcastle, Ut 4.53 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 150-400 ft. deep, at a point S. 200 ft. W. 1120 ft from NE Cor. Sec. 6, T34S, R5E (2 mi SE of Boulder); and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering 100 cattle; and from Apr. 1 to Oct 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in Lot 6, T34S, R5E. Protests resisting the granting of this ap plication with reasons therefore must be filed in duplciate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, Ut 84111, on or before Oct. 13, 1979. Dee C. Roblson was high money winner in both bull riding and calf roping competition at this season's Color Country Rodeo at Ruby's Inn. |
