Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The fallowing application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated Locations in SI. BAM a-10361 (97-120) McGregor & Lenora H. LeFevre, Boulder, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3.0 sec. ft of water as evidenced by Dil. Claim 1355. The water has been diverted from Lake Creek, at a point N 1440 ft E 750 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec 24, T33S, R3E; and used for the domestic purpsoes of 1 family, supplemental stockwatering 45 cattle, 4 horses; and from Mar. 1 to Nov. 30 for the irrigation of 59 acs in SE4SEv4 Sec 24, NENEV4 Sec 25. T33S, R3E, S'iSWW Sec. 19, NWNWV Sec. 30, T33S, R4E Hereafter, 3 0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from Lake Creek at the following points: 1) same as heretofore; 2) E. 300 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 24, T33S, R3E (near Boulder); and used for domestic and stock watering same as heretofore; and from Mar. 1 to Nov. 30 for the supplemental irrigation of 101 50 acs but limited to the sole supply of 59 acs in E'iSE'4 Sec 24, NE'4NE'4 Sec 25.
