Show Pangultch Patter Grace Me AllUter 7t-23 Mr. and Mrs. Evan Ex cell. Price are the parents of a baby girl, born March 1 In Provo. This is three girls for them and they are naming her Jill Ane. Grandparent are Mr. and Mrs. James Excell.'Mr. and Mrs. Bill Griffin; great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ray Griffin, Mrs. Celeste Talbot and Ane Excell. Jim and Hilma went to Price to see them all. Grace McAllister had a visit with Fred Heywood, Granger, a former resident. His father, True Heywood is living with son, Kenneth in Wasco, Calif. and getting along fairly well. Kenneth has a son, Bob in Germany and Fred's son, Kevin Is In the Phillipines. He also has a son, six feet eight Inches tall on the Granger High basketball team. He will be playing In the class 4A state tournament. Louise H. Ott, Hawthorn, Nev. was visiting tn Granger and her son, True Ott was on his way to Hawaii. I really appreciate hearing from former residents. Brown and Savalla Sanford, Bulck and Shirley Bulkley went to Delta to visit and attend a party for Kevin Jacobsen. He Is going to Denmark. Susann and Lloyd Frandsen has Susann's father, Mr. Ray Holt, Salt Lake City here visiting. Clem and Mary Ann Church and Mary Henrie went to Ogden to see Geraldine and George Robinson and their new home. They also spent some time in Salt Lake City. Alva Johnson came down and had the cast removed from her foot She went back to Salt Lake City to stay with the Duncan LaMonts. He is still very ill. Opal Miller went to St. George for a visit with Jan. Mary Ann and Richard Crofts took son, Chet to Salt Lake City to the doctor. He Is still about the same. Lynn and Son la Allen visited In Tropic with the Royal Alvys, and the Ellis Aliens. Vee and Rama .Bruhn wept to Zion and spent the night, then on to St George to see Eleanor Bruhn and Beth Hurst. On the way home they stopped to see Bob and Ginny Hlgbee in Cedar City. I talked to Sark and Marion Haycock Deradourian, Phoenix. They still love the old home town and really enjoy the County news and hearing about the people here. -n?-T,r' Dale and Elaine Baldwin had Scott and Grace Bealer, Salt Lake City here over the weekend for the ball games. She Is Elaine's sister. Attending the girls state basketball tournament in Provo were Grant and Gloria Houston,' Carole Doods, Bessie Perkins, Gwen and Florence Frandsen, Jay and Dudley Proctor, Merle Stowell and Mrs. Arlin Proctor, Aunt Mattie Kocherhans fell and broke her hip. The ambulance took her to Salt Lake City to a specialist. Eva Mar-shall went with her. Velma Barney, Lola and Frank Henrie and Catherine and Verm on Barney went to Loa to the christening of Cory Anderson the new baby of Sherrie and Kerry Anderson. George and Madeline Middleton were there and came on here for a visit. George Is remodeling the store. Vick Middleton and two children. Cedar City came over to help him. Elaine Hatch, Las Vegas spent the weekend with her parents, Hazel and Bill Hatch. Mrs. Florence McEwen returned home after spending the winter with her children. She visited the Sheldon McEwens in Freemont, Calif., Bob McEwens in Layton, Barbara McEwen, Kaysville; Margory and Ray Conder and Gloria and Gary Nelson, Richfield. Gloria and Margery brought her home. Claud and Susann Hatch went to Salina to meet Mark Hatch and bring Millard and Mamie on home. Millard was released from the hospital and then stayed there a week to recuperate. He Is feeling better. Charlie Allen and Sylvia Sheeny were married February 28 to Las Vegas, they will make their home in Pangultch, where Mr. Allen is working with his dad at Allen Fords. |
