Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water In Garfield County, State of Utah throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-6855 (97-129) Bur. of Land Management, Richfield District, P.O. Box 392, Richfield, Utah 84701 proposes to change the place of use of 0.005 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 27159 Cert. No. 5264. The water has been diverted from Airplane Spring at a point N. 89'27' and E. 445 ft. trom the SW Cor. Sec. 21, T32S, R10E; and used for the stockwatering of 60 cattle In Sec. 21, T32S, R10E. Stock, Cannonville, Utah 84718. 0.10 sec. ft. of water Is to be diverted from a 8-inch well 200-400 ft. deep at a point N. 82 ft. & W. 363 ft. from SE Cor. of Sec. 24, T37S. R3W; and used for the domestic purposes of 2 families, stockwatering of 10 pigs and 100 chickens and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the Irrigation of 1.0 ac. in SEViSEW Sec. 24, T 37S, R3W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before June 10, 1972.
