Show i .. i , , , NOTICE FOR SALE The ILS. Forest Service, Dlxr ie Natlonl Forest is offering for sale the following real property (buildings). 1. Four (4) each dwellings, asbestos siding, asphalt roof- . ing, 37' X 21' (houss includes propane furnace and electric hot water heater). The dwellings at this site are numbered One (1) through seven (7) and the four (4) for sale are the first four beginning en the east end. These buildings are located near the Junction of Highway 12 and Bryce Canyon, approximately 21 miles southeast of Pangultch, Utah. Interested parties are encouraged to inspect these buildings before submitting a bid. Forest Ranger Pete Pierson is the government representative in charge of these buildings and can be contacted at his office in Pangultch, Utah, 225 East Center, Telephone 676-8815. Successful bidders will have 210 calendar days from date of award to remove the building (s) and clean up the site in an acceptable manner to the Forest Service. The concrete foundations must be removed and cleaned up as part of the contract. Award will be made to the highest acceptable bidder for all or any one of the dwellings. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids will be accepted at the Forest Supervisor's office, 5.00 South Main Street, Cedar C(ty, Utah, util 2:00 p.m., local time on December 20, 1973. .
