Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to exchange water In Garfield County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations In SLB&M. Exch. 644 61 area) Moroni Mackelprang and Rex Beas, P. O. Box 423, Parowan, Utah 84761, steks the right to ex-change 3.2 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by West Pangu-Itch Irrigation Res. Co., 2 shares, Sevier River Decree Page 21. The water has been diverted from Pangultch Creek and tributaries at a point E. 1900 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R7W, (Panguitch Lake Reservoir outlet); and used for Irrigation purposes. Hereafter, 3.0 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Creek at a point same as heretofore; and 3.2 ac. ft. of water Is to be diverted from a 6-lnch well, 150-200 ft. deep ' at a point S. 1330 ft. and E. 241 ft. from NV4 Cor. Sec. 31, T35S, R7W; and used for the domestic purposes of nine families in SW&NEft Sec. 31, T35S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City Utah 84114, on or before June 2, 1973.
