Show C. I. Foy Services In Panguitch On 26th Clarence (Clair) Ipson Foy, 73, died April 16, in the Panguitch hospital of a heart attack. He was born Sept. 9, 1901 in Panguitch to Martin William Jr. and Margaret Eliz-bclh Ipson Foy. On Dec. 1, 1926 he married Thora Mae Judd In the St. George Temple; she died Feb. 17, 1969. Mr. Foy was a past Garfield County Commissioner; city clerk; president of McEwen Canal Co.; YMMIA Stake Superintendent; served a mission to Mexico; high priest. Survivors: sons, daughters, Rcy L., Ogden; William C, Blanding; Mrs. George (Nada) Lay, Flagstaff, Arizona; Mrs. Kenneth (Margaret Ann) Johnson, Whlttler, Calif.; 16 grandchildren, one great grandchild; brothers, sister, Mrs. Harry (Hilda) Gardner, Joseph, M. V., all of Panguitch; Mrs. J.N. (Mary) Van Sant, Socorro, New Mexico. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 19, in the Panguitch South ward' chapel. Family prayer, William C.
