Show The Word From Boulder ALICE ALVEY We had enough snow that Santa made it to the Christmas party. The program was under the direction of the Primary, in the form of a "Home Evening Night," with Doyle and Nina Moosman in charge. Truman Lyman gave the opening prayer, Mildred and Joe Covington and Pat Eyart, Mildreds sister, sang "Silent Night," the first verse in Spanish. Rayola Moosman, Maudean Jepsen, and the Roundy twins, Claudia and Camille. sang two songs. Doyle told the Christmas Story, Ronald and Noel Lyman and itobert Hall recited poems, Alyce Lyman, Sharlene tichunin, Ri ymond and Dean Shurtz. Pole Griffin and Le-Fair Hall sang. Sandra Allen danced and sang, Marty Orm mond, Wesley, Roberta and Brenda Roundy sang and Randy Hall gave a Christmas Story. The congregation sang and Bishop Roundy gave the closing prayer. Practically everyone In town was there, including the Pole Griffins of I... Vegas, Dean Shurtz and his boys, and Dorothy Jean Alvey and her kids Elvon Poulson made It home from Virginia to spend Christmas with his wife Utona. and folks, the Heber Poulsons Sharon Hafen came from Ljl Vegas to her folks, the Mc I.t I i .it- II i also had arl Thompson as a guest for a few days from St. George. The Del LeFevres came from Grants. N. M. to visit the LeFevres and the the Lymans. The Doyle Moosmans had Cleta Allen and family of Salt Lake. All the college kids are home, Jackie Ormond is work Ing in Provo but was here for the holiday. The Leland Haws and boys went up north to spend Christmas with the Dean Tuckers. The Cecil Grieners went to Payson to the Alan Worthens. The Vcrn Hansens went to Calif, to their girl's Anna Lee Websters The Neal Jepsens, Heber Poulsons and Emeron Petersons all had business in Richfield Darrell Alvey spent a few days in Salt Lake with Mrs. Boyle and Sher rie, they went up to visit and on business. Teen agers are having sleigh riding parties, this is the first time for a long time there's be. n er.ough to do sleigh riding on. Tne temp, dropped to minus 5, It's clouding up again. Some uranium people were snowed In at Circle Cliffs, .be county auto patrol went and pushed the snow back so they could get out. In Sacrament meeting speakers were Madge Moosman, Linda Ormond, Marilyn Lyman, Peggy Ormond and Bishop Roundy Cynthia Peterson and Mi hi Me RounJy each gave a piano solo |
