Show Funeral Services Held At Panguitch On September 11th For Albert Earl Smith Funeral services for Albert Earl Smith. 62, were held In the Panguitch North ward chapel Sept. 11th. Prayer in the home. Robert D Smith; prelude and postlude music. Nina Steele and Irene McEw en; opening song, "Oh My Fa ther," choir; opening prayer. Glen Prince; speaker, A. L. Elmer; song, "That Silver Haired Daddy Of Mine," Hll ma T. and Richard J. Excell; speaker, Bishop D. Kern Owens; song, "In The Upper Garden," Iletta D Reid and Kate Chldester; remarks of the Bishopric, James C. Tebbs; closing song, "Abide With Me." choir; closing prayer, Denny Linford. The grave was dedicated by Reed S. Jensen ; burial was in the Panguitch Cemetery under direction of Neal S. Magleby and Sons Mortuary. Mr. Smith died Sept 8th in the Panguitch hospital of nat- ural causes. He was born Sept 14, 1904 in Panguitch, a son of Joseph Albert and Reb ecca Norton Smith On Oct. 31, 1924 he married Amelia Deuel in Junction. lHter solemnized in the St George Temple. Mr Smith was a carpenter and a caretaker at the Panguitch hospital for the past 3 years. An active member of the LDS Church he was past president. Panguitch Elders Quorum and Seventies Quorum. Hatch Completes Officers Training Michael L Hatch, whose mother is Mrs. Donna Bailey of Escalante, recently completed a six-week U.S. Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps field training encampment at Falrchlld AFB, Wash. He is a student at BYU. His father Logan Hatch, resides at Reno. Nevada |
