Show FORFEITURE NOTICE TO CORA CORDOVA, TUB SURVIVING CHILDREN AND ANY OTHER SURVIVING HEIRS OF UNO CORDOVA AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN CRESCENT URANIUM: You are hereby notified that the undersigned heirs and successors In interest to L. R. Weeks have expended the sum of $18,900 In labor and improvements during the period of 1960 through 1969 on the following described mining claims located in Garfield County, State of Utah: Top Hat No. 1 Pole Star 1 and 2 Mocking Birds 1 18 Location certificates covering and further describing these claims are of record in the office of the Garfield County Recorder. The expenditure referred to above has been made in order to hold said claims under the provisions of United States Code, Title 30, Sec. 28 and the amendments thereto concerning annual labor upon mining claims and is the amount required to hold said lode claims for the period described. If, within ninety days af. r publication of this notice, you fail or refuse to contribute your proportion of such expenditure, as co-owners, which amount- to $9,450, your Interest in the claims will become the propeity of the undersigned co-owners who have made the required expenditures, as provided in United States Code, Title 30, Sec. 28.
