Show Hatch Happenings REVA LOWDER Attending baptismal services Saturday in the St. George Temple were Kurt, Richard and Nicole Sawyer; Kenneth, Janell, Joyce and Doris Barney; Janice, Bonnie, Brad, and Michelle Riggs; Carol, Jolayne and Robert Wilson, Mary Beth Lowder, Dennis Henderson, John Dutton, Deryl and Danny Bamhuret, Kelvin Yassie Mr. and Mrs. Leland Riggs, Bishop Ivor Riggs and Lamar Barney accompanied them to the Temple. The Oliver Hunt-ingtons attended sessions in the Temple on Saturday. Vermon Barney of the Stake visited our Sunday School Sunday. Leland Riggs of the State Sunday School visited Sunday at Kingston. Speakers in Sacrament meeting Sunday were Roma Talbot and Hal Wilcock; piano solo by Jolayne Wilson. Dixie College students home are Charlotte Wilson and Stanley Huntington. Rose Elaine Deuel of SUSC spent the week end home, Monday Idonna Deuel and Hope Dalton took her to Cedar and Idonna stayed overnight. The Gale Wilcocks had a turkey dinner Sunday in honor of son Hal who leaves this week for the Armed Services. Out of town guests were the Lam-ond Davis family, the Roy Tal-bots and granddaughter, and Roma Talbot of Panguitch, the Norman Hendersons of Kanab. Gale Davis of Panguitch spent the weekend with his grandparents. The John S. Parker family of Calif, visited the Wilcocks on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Henderson made a trip to Salt Lake City on Monday. Visiting the E. F. Dennis Dalton of Las Vegas spent the weekend home. Visitors at the Dalton home were Wayne Stubbs of Parowan, the Gib Clarks of Kanab, and the Bernell Crofts of OrdervlUe. Saturday the Bob Evans visited In Henrievllle and Can nonvillc The Guy Evans of Henrlvllle visited them Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Herald Allen of Antimony visited the Oliver Huntingtons on Monday. The Pat Dlz family and Marsha Williams visited them Sunday. Visiting the Bill Ducketts are Billie. Debbie and Cindy Duckett of Calif. Kerry Carpenter of Kanab visited them a few days. The Max Burrows of Fredo nia visited the James Burrows and the Karl Lowders Sunday. ' Mr. Burrows went to Kanab one day last week. Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Riggs visited the Lowders. Family members of Mrs. Arnold Sawyer visited her In the Cedar City hospital, where she underwent major surgery last Thursday, and is slowly regaining her health. Mrs. George Workman accompanied the Keith Work-mans of Cedar to Salt Lake City to visit George at the Veterans hospital. He Is feeling a little better and anxious to come home. The David Sawyers visited In Tropic Sunday with the Roy Rhakespears. Ron Sawyer of Cedar visited in town Sunday. Two of our town board mem- bers are really cleaning the town, we hope it gets us all enthused to work on our own property. Dennis Henderson's name was accldently omitted from the list of boys that went to Lake Powell last week. |
