Show TROPIC TOPICS By Ella Adair A number of our Priesthood members attended a Stake meeting at Boulder and the Relief Society presidency and class leaders a preparation meeting at Escalante Sunday. 'I he LaMar Fcltner's baby son was blessed in Sacrament meeting and given the name Timothy LaMar by its father. Ella Adair has gone to Salt Lake to be with her mother who is seriously ill. The Thayne Smith family of Calif, were recent visitors at the Floyd Richards home. Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Richards arc home after visiting in Las Vegas with the Donald Hendersons and the Lewis Haas in Palmdalc, Calif John Hatch celebrated his 85th birthday on April 1st. Recent visitors at the Hatch home were the Oral Richens. The Charles Wintch's are home after visiting several months with their children: Mary and family in Washington, the Kent Wintch's at Yellowstone, the Michael Wintch's in Dakota, the Ron Ottesons in Salt Lake and the Royce Griffins at Provo Mr and Mrs. Merv Barn hurst of Cedar City visited over the weekend with her par ents. the Virgil Pollocks. Mrs. Elizabeth Baugh and Ross Palmer visited a few days with the Loral Bartons. The Al Whites of Salt Lake visited during the week with the Larvin Pollocks. The BV girls drill team, un der direction of drill master Mayo Rich, competed with other schools at St. George Satur day; they were given superior rating and awarded a trophy |
