Show PANGUITCH Verd and Faye Worthen went to Tempe, Arizona to spend Christmas with Mr. and Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Reld Mrs. Scott Worthen. spent Christmas day at the home of their daughter Carol Ann, the Francis Spencer family at Salt Luke. They were joined for a family dinner by daughter Rosemary and family, the Jay Christensens. Other guests were the Rulon Spencers and the Cecil Montague family of Salt Lake. In the evening they visited Temple Square, where they enjoyed the beautiful Christmas lighting and the Nativity scenes with narrator and recorded music by the Tabernacle choir. Mr. and Mrs. Mayo Rlggs and John visited over Christmas eve with, daughter Kay and familv. the George Cher-ringtons. They were Joined at Christmas dinner by the Alf Cherringtons of Orem, the Bob Cherringtons of Provo, and Berthann Rlggs and John Childs of Salt Lake City. Howell and Clara Cannon and daughter Crystal of Salt Lake were Christmas day dinner guests with Clara's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Melt Hatch. Medical patients in the local hospital are Obed Schow, El- lice Cooper, Lareeta Yardley, Wallace Henrie, Wllma Orion. Dr. Sims Duggins is still In the LDS hospital st Salt Lake, he is feeling so much better that he would be home If his doctor would let him. Mr. and Mrs. Phil Dickinson and Mr. and Mrs. Roger Paul Henrie spent three days last week visiting the Dewey Ad-ami' In Henderson and the Bert J. Adams' in Las Vegas. Jim and Sherlene Osterud and little son Michael of Tooele spent the holidays with her parents, the Horace Myers. Dsna and Tonl Harvey of Salt Lake spent Christmas at the home of her parents, the Jed Coopers. Art and Carol Joy Cooper and four children came up from Argvle, Texas to spend a week's holiday with his parents, also In Escalante with her parents, the Morris Shirts. Frank and Inera Richards and J. Ned SDent Christmas at Salt Lake with son Kay and family and brought Ann and the two little bovs back with them, then Kay came down for the Airman Donald W. Wilson weekend and took his family home. Mr. and Mrs. Val Church visited Thursday with his brother Clem and family, and enjoyed watching the Panguitch Bobcats beat the Richfield basketball team. The Ranee Rollins family came from Elko, Nevada this past weekend to gather their final belonging and take them back to Elko where Ranee Is now District Ranger. Doyl and Katherine Ipson and family of Logan and Nila Mae Ipson of Provo spent the Christmas holidays st the home of their parents, the Nel-lo Ipsons. Sunday, Doyl and Katherine took her mother, Mrs. Ruth Henrie, to Cedar to spend a week with her daughter Irene, the Richard Tebbs, after being released from the hospital with a bout of flu. Pat and Ralph Green of Ogden and Kathy and Duff Mitchell of Provo came down to spend the holidays with the girls parents, the Frank Henries, and other family members here. Mrs. Helen Wright, Flora and Colleen spent Christmas week at Layton with Helen's sister Carrie Riggs and family, and Helen had a checkup at her doctor's in Salt Lake. On the wav home thev stoo- ped In Provo to visit Mr. snd Mrs. Lynn Dickinson. The Delhi Crofts family has moved to Vernal. |
